Complimentary New-Car Handover Inspection

Book any PPF service and we’ll accompany you — free of charge — to inspect your new car. Between the factory and your hands, vehicles go through shipping and storage where hidden damage or assembly defects can occur. Let our specialist inspect it before you sign, and protect your rights.

Spot hidden damage from shipping & storage

During sea freight, land transport and open-air storage, paintwork can be damaged or secretly resprayed to hide flaws (the “touch-up”). We use a paint-thickness gauge and carefully inspect the underbody for rust or scratches.

Catch factory assembly defects

We check that panel gaps are even and symmetrical, and inspect door seals, glass and interior leather for damage or staining — making sure factory assembly meets standard.

Full electronic & mechanical test

We plug in an OBD2 scanner to read ECU data and pull hidden fault codes, then test A/C, audio, sunroof, power seats, all lighting and every ADAS camera and radar one by one.

Protect your rights — avoid “he-said/she-said”

Once the handover form is signed, a dealer can claim damage was owner-caused and refuse repair. Catching issues before signing lets you demand immediate repair, replacement parts, or refuse delivery in serious cases.
