Two-layer Cb0.01 ceramic coating with IR-assisted curing — high clarity and gloss, resistant to acid rain, grime and bug residue, service life up to 48 months.

Uses Koch-Chemie Heavy Cut H9.02 to remove scratches, oxidation and colour dullness. Service takes approximately 3–6 hours.

Coating Process

Cb0.01 Ceramic Coating Process

01 — Inspection & Paint Prep

Full decontamination with Koch-Chemie CES shampoo, followed by clay bar to lift oxidation, dust and bonded particles, then Reactive Rust Remover for embedded iron. Technicians polish and refine according to swirl depth for a smooth, glossy finish.

02 — Two-Layer Coating & Curing

Cb0.01 is applied panel by panel in cross patterns, cured under IR lamps per official timing, then repeated for the second layer. The finished vehicle rests in a dry, controlled environment for at least 12 hours to bond fully.
