When you contact us through the booking or enquiry forms, WhatsApp or email, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle model/year, service requirements, preferred date and any other information you choose to provide (including vehicle photos). When you browse this site, cookies and third-party analytics tools also collect technical information such as device type, browser, time on page and referrer.

Your information is used to: (a) respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and arrange bookings; (b) deliver services and handle after-sales matters; (c) send relevant updates where you have consented; (d) operate the site, prevent fraud and analyse data to improve service quality.Legal basis: the Data Protection Principles of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO); and, for EU/EEA visitors, GDPR Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering into a contract).

We do not sell personal data. To deliver the service, data may be transferred to the following processors:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase, hosted in the EU / Singapore) — backend and lead records
• Sanity (CMS, hosted in the US / EU) — content management
• Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps, Search Console — global) — analytics and mapping
• WhatsApp / Meta — when you reach out via WhatsApp

These processors may be located outside Hong Kong; when transferring data across borders we ensure a level of protection comparable to Hong Kong's. We do not disclose data to any other third party unless required by law or with your consent.

This site uses essential cookies for core functionality and, only after you consent, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure performance. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with a “default-deny” setup: analytics and advertising cookies do not fire until you click “Accept all” on the first-visit cookie notice. You can clear your browser storage at any time to change your choice.

Enquiries and quote submissions: kept for 24 months from last contact, then anonymised or deleted. Job records and invoices: 7 years, as required by the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance. Cookie consent choice: stored in your browser for 12 months. Analytics data (Google Analytics): 14 months by GA4 default.

Under PDPO (and GDPR where applicable) you have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, restrict processing of, withdraw consent for and port your personal data. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below; we respond within 40 days (PDPO) or 30 days (GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) or your local data protection authority.

We protect data with HTTPS in transit, database-level Row-Level Security, least-privilege access and periodic security scans. In the event of a personal-data breach that is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Our site includes links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and social platforms. Once you leave letsgetwrap.com, the privacy practices of those services are the responsibility of their operators.
