The Zeekr 7X is Geely's high-end EV flagship SUV — an 800V-platform premium at HK$500K–700K. The 7X uses new waterborne paint with a titanium-flake pigment base, giving it factory paint depth on par with German premium marques. But this waterborne formula is ~20% softer than traditional solvent paint, so scratches visually amplify more — especially on Zeekr's low-key premium tones like Cool Grey, Deep Green and White Jade.

Add the 7X's tall stance (1,706mm), large front bumper area and wide-body fender flares, and highway stone-chip risk exceeds a standard SUV. Field data: an unwrapped 7X shows 5–10 visible chip strikes within 6 months of delivery. The 7X's front/rear Lidar covers, A-pillar surround cameras and roof radar dome are core ADAS sensors — damage repair runs HK$8,000–20,000 each. PPF is essentially mandatory.

LETS GET WRAP works from GSWF's official Zeekr 7X digital template library, paired with Zeekr HK's official ADAS sensor coordinates. The front Lidar window, four A-pillar surround cameras, roof radar dome and rear millimetre-wave radar each have dedicated cut-outs — ADAS functions normally after install with no recalibration.

Before wrapping, technicians decontaminate with KOCH-CHEMIE Reactive Wheel Cleaner and Green Star, and remove iron fallout with a clay bar. Wrapping within 30 days of delivery is optimal — factory paint hasn't accumulated micro-scratches yet, so the PPF substrate is clean.

Every install uses our core hand-cut micro edge-tuck technique — PPF edges tuck into panel gaps, flush door handle recesses, charge port cover edges and wide-body fender flare trims. Full-car 7X PPF or Colour PPF takes 4–5 working days. Full video documentation is handed over and the install is registered for GSWF / CYBRIX official warranty.

For the first 7 days after install, avoid pressure-washing edges at close range and don't fit a car cover. EV note: 800V fast-charging can briefly heat the front bumper and charge port area to 45°C; both PPF and Colour PPF are fully heat-stable (GSWF / CYBRIX operating range -40°C to +90°C) and unaffected.

Liquid-metal Colour PPF owners: hand-wash every 2 weeks with KOCH-CHEMIE Nanomagic Shampoo, avoiding brush-style automatic washes that scrub the liquid-metal layer. For heavy contamination, use Insect & Dirt Remover, dwell 2 minutes and wipe gently — never scrub hard.

Return every 12 months for a complimentary inspection — we top up Allround C0.02 PPF-specific coating (clear PPF) or CYBRIX liquid-metal maintenance coating (Colour PPF) to reactivate the hydrophobic layer. Even at 5 years, your 7X's clear or Colour PPF surface will still look factory-fresh.
